2017 Scotties Tournament of Hearts
This week we return to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts for the fifth time in seven years.
We’re thrilled to be competing on home ice in St. Catharines, Ontario at the Meridian Centre. You can check the schedule for games, buy tickets and check on results here. We’ll also keep this page updated as the week progresses.
This event is fully televised on TSN. We’ll also be giving our fans in-depth coverage across all of our social channels. We’ve also launched a new way to connect with what’s happening with us during the Scotties. You can now follow us on Snapchat at teamhoman. There you’ll be able to get social clips, including big shots and behind the scenes action, from St. Catharines.
We’re looking forward to playing in front of a home crowd and embracing all of the support that comes with the honour. If you’re at the Scotties you’ll be able to get Up Close and Personal with members of our team on Wednesday, February 22nd at 6 p.m. (all times Eastern). We’ll be in the HeartStop Lounge on Sunday, February 19th at 6 p.m. for our team autograph session as well. This year the HeartStop Lounge is located less than a kilometre away at the St. Catharines Golf & Country Club.
The Scotties also marks a special time on the curling calendar. The annual Sandra Schmirler Day Telethon on TSN takes place on Sunday, February 20th. We encourage curling fans to donate if they can to this important foundation that we as a team hold close to our hearts. For details on how you can donate, click here.
Thank you to all of our fans, sponsors and families for their support helping us get to the Scotties. The Ontario championship was a hard fought battle and the support we have received during it and since winning it has helped us mentally prepare for the challenging week ahead in St. Catharines.
