Team Homan, hailing from the Ottawa Curling Club, proudly represented Team Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, a feat they achieved after triumphing in their hometown's 2017 Roar of the Rings. Their 2023-24 season was spectacular, boasting a 67-7 record, including seven wins in ten events. The team's dominance was further underscored by their remarkable 24-1 combined record at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts and Worlds, culminating in Canada's first world curling title since 2018.
Rachel Homan and Emma Miskew have curled together for over 20 years. They are two-time World Women's Curling Champions (2024 and 2017) and four-time national women's curling champions, winning the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2024, 2017, 2014 and 2013. Their dominance extends to the provincial level, with seven Ontario championships under their belt. They have also made their mark on the international stage, earning a silver medal for Canada at the 2010 World Junior Championships and a gold medal at the Canada Winter Games in 2007.
