2016 Ontario Scotties
All this week we’ll be competing at the Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
We’ve had a very good start to our 2015-2016 season but this week in Brampton all of the points and winnings are reset. It’s a long week with a ten team round robin and ten end games. Our focus is not on the season we’ve had but on drawing from those earlier experiences to have the best week we can at the provincial championship.
We've advanced to the championship final of the event. We finished the round robin with an 8-1 record and won the 1 vs. 2 playoff game 9-5 over Team Harrison. That final is set for Sunday, January 24th at 2 p.m. ET against Team Hanna

Full details on the event, including how you can get tickets, can be found here. The winner of this event will move on to represent Ontario at the 2016 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Grande Prairie, Alberta in February.
Finally a big kudos to our North American teammates who pulled out the win on Sunday night in Las Vegas at the Continental Cup. We obviously couldn’t be there as we started our trip back to Ontario on Sunday afternoon. It was such a great event with incredible fan support.
Thanks to the volunteers and sponsors who made Vegas another smash success. A special thanks to TSN for their coverage.
Spoiler alert: You're going to need some Scotties facial tissue after watching this. So glad we got to meet her! https://t.co/WOJMi9mPlb
