We’re in beautiful British Columbia this week to take part in a unique Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling event.

This season the Elite 10 includes our team. The difference from previous seasons is that this event is typically only open to men’s curling teams.

We’re honoured to be invited to Victoria and we look forward to the challenges this Pinty’s Slam will present for us.

The Elite 10 is also a unique event with some different rules. For instance, the format is match play, stopwatches are banned, there’s an anti-tick rule and we’ll play with the five rock rule.

The format is also two separate round robin pools. We’ll take on Teams Epping, Carruthers, Thomas and Gushue.

Our first game is set for Thursday, March 17th at 4 p.m. PT (7 p.m. ET) against Team Epping on Sportsnet. Our next game follows right after against Team Carruthers. You can watch the entire event online for free as well!
