Team Homan Announces Exciting Changes and Unveils Season Schedule

Team Homan is gearing up for an exciting season with strategic changes and a renewed commitment to excellence. With a focus on maintaining its status as one of the sport's premier teams, they are excited to share updates on their coaching staff and team roles.

Ryan Fry has accepted a new opportunity after retiring from men’s curling and a successful season as the team's coach. Team Homan wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The team is delighted to welcome Don Bartlett as their coach. Don brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, an Olympic and World Silver medalist, two-time Brier champion and former coach of Team Bottcher. The team is confident that Don’s contribution will help propel them to new heights.

Another team update: Tracy Fleury will transition from the house to assume the traditional third role while Rachel Homan takes on all skipping duties. This strategic realignment is a testament to the team's adaptability and commitment to optimizing their strengths for maximum on-ice impact.

"We believe in pushing ourselves to be the best we can be," shared Tracy Fleury, third and vice-skip of Team Homan. "These changes reflect our determination to continually evolve to enhance our performance, individually and as a team. It has been a different training experience over the summer for me personally, but I embraced the challenge, and I am excited to hit the ice with this team in September."
